Our machinery division supports equipment used to manufacture steel balls, including large turnkey forging systems for the production of large-diameter steel balls up to 6.5 inches in diameter. Separately, we supply grinding, flashing, lapping, and polishing machinery used to finish balls across a wide range of materials and sizes. These finishing systems are capable of consistently producing high-quality balls, including balls manufactured to ISO Grade 3.

Our ball and rolling element division supplies precision, semi-precision, and non-precision balls across a wide range of diameters, materials, and grades, from micro-scale components through large-diameter balls used in mining and heavy industrial applications. Materials include carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous alloys, superalloys, ceramics, glass, polymers, and precious metals, including specialty and customer-specified materials. Available grades range from G1000 through ISO Grade 3. In addition, we supply precision rollers, needle rollers, special end rollers, and tapered rollers.

Our custom bearing assembly division supplies ball and roller bearing assemblies built to customer specifications. Assemblies are supplied to customer drawings and are developed with close attention to load, fit, material selection, and operating environment.
